Aside from lower eyelid retraction surgery what are the other ways to reduce lower eyelid exposure/ scaleral show?

Yuck, fillers? Might as well save up for retraction surgery than do that.

Apparently yeah because retin a allegedly burns your fat (including the eyebags), but there are lots of threads showing that it works for tightening your lower eyelid.
