school debloating

if im planning to debloat for school which starts at 8:30 am
when should i take furosemide/debloat? b4 sleep or when?

what doses? i usually take 80 or 120, so in the morning i should do 40 80 or what kind of split

i understand but it usually takes me 3 hours or 3 and a half, but thats for like the complete debloat, why could that be, sometimes its shorter too

honestly what i did yesterday was i debloated during the mid-day and b4 sleeping i took 40mg too, so when i woke up i pissed a bit but i wanst completely debloated
