Science Of Stress : Everything You Should Know

Seems fair
pretty stupid questions, would doing things that give me "pleasure" be good? (On a moderate level ofc)
like, smoking, eating sweets, etc.:feelswhy:I was going to ask u abt cigarettes first, but I thought it would be pretty stupid of me (and it is)

No. Let’s take the cigarettes for example- if you’re going to start smoking you will be depended on it and it will control you and ruin your health, then your body can’t control your stress by itself. The day your going to stop smoking you will stress like a maniac

And nicotine increase cortisol aswell

@kazama wtf are they talking about:lul:? its like chinese for me
just got done doing rlt and seen this lmao dw its not that deep, all im saying is

1. red light exposure on parts of the body that have a lot more blood runnin through them releases nitric oxide in the body
2. nitric oxide is really good for the skin since it boosts collagen production
3. combining the points 1 & 2, you can deduce that the optimal way to use red light for the skin is by using the light on the parts of ur body with the MOST blood n shit going through it
4. those parts happen to be your forearms, hands, shins as @copercel123 pointed out, and the top of your head, as well as obviously your face

so yea try incorporating those parts of ur body into your rlt regimen and see if you notice a difference, im trying it out too. im deadass excited to write a thread on this shit cause i find rlt mad interesting ill try to remember to post in this thread again maybe when its up

i gotchu, and idk where you are in the world but yea even here in the states a lot of the products for rlt are pricy as fuckkkk. after searching through all of them i found this one for $40 usd and it works great for skin n shit.

its low wattage compared to other options so i put it about ~6 inches away from my skin, ill talk about it more later tho
