i do one set until failure, maybe 2 exercises for each part of the body, twice a week, takes a total of 2 hours a week, i let kfc do the rest

you don't need anything other than starting strength, stuffing yourself with food, and progressively overloading

all strength plateaus can be surpassed by eating more, failing that, taking steroids

after you bulk up to 250lbs, you just stop eating as much and maintain your muscle while slowly cutting

On god science based lifters are so fucking gay just workout until the muscles hurt like the fuck and it’s funny I always look better than them even though I just do whatever the fuck in the gym until I’m sore then I leave I literally have never followed a plan in my life I just workout the muscles that aren’t sore and don’t eat goyslop

its funny because the people on social media who promote science based lifting, are doing the exact same thing I and other ego lifters are doing; working out twice a week until failure and just blasting steroids. That's all there is to it really, everything else is bullshit to try and sell a course.

u gotta remember that science based lifting isnt for everyone, it's alot less fun than lifting like joe in planet fitness. it's literally just the "optimal" way to lift for strength and/or muscle. furthermore science based lifters aren't pussies our training is alot harder than the average gym goer. take it from me who's researched ts for years and roided in the past
