WHEY protein does not give extra advantage in building muscle, if compared to protein in normal food. the only advantage is that you can prepare it in few seconds, or use it to cook bodybuilder cuisine like protein pancakes

But if you have the option to eat meat it’s a better source and more healthy because it’s less processed
