1) mouth guard
mouth guard is a tool used by martial artists to protect their teeth from punches.
when you lift, do you ever feel the need to press your teeth in order to focus more on the exercise? bodybuilders who lift while wearing a mouth guard can press their teeth more and focus more on the exercise, as results the muscle gain and performances increase
2) how much volume in weight training?
according to a study, bodybuilders who did more sets, gained more muscle
I suggest not doing more than 10-12 sets because you will destroy your muscle tissue too much and you will need a lot of days to recover
3) mainstream supplements are useless
> WHEY protein supplements: they contain the same proteins you find in real foods. The only purpose of protein supplements is saving time or saving money (when they are very cheap)
> Creatine: after you take creatine supplements, the creatine level in your blood increases unsignificantly. According to various studies, performances only increase by 0.3% in bodybuilders who start using creatine
> BCAA: 150 grams of chicken breast contain more leucine, valine and isoleucine than 5 pills of BCAA
> testosterone boosters: they only work in men who have very low testosterone level, by increasing their T level by 1%
4) Ashwaganda works

5) Ephedrine works
