Met my ortho and discussed my options. So my ortho suggested its probably either
1. Ljs + mini implants for gummy smile
2. Djs with impaction for gummy smile
If i were to do mini implants my pre surgery treatment time will be prolonged for around an extra year.
If i were to do impaction, it will be a faster with but riskier route.
But i also feel that my palate is quite narrow and brought this up to my ortho who mentioned that she doesnt think my palate is too narrow and she will use braces to expand my arch and the possibility of segmental lefort for palatal expansion. so im not sure if its possible to combine segmental lefort with impaction together. im also aware of the option of mse or sarpe but not really warm of that idea since it is going to cost more energy, money and delay a lot of time for my djs.
