I ate nothing today and by nothing I mean coffee , cereal with gelatin, rice with pickle, gourd masala , beans, ocra , a sweet , shredded coconut cheese and honey which is nothing compared to what I usually eat. Also did squats with weights and walked for an hour.

I use it once a week for gut cleansing. I have very high androgens so if it inhibits it a bit that’s pretty good. I take lycopene when I remember it for the same reason
