Theres no other way. Also helpful tools I found:

shredded coconut instead of a whole packet of noodles. Just cook half the packet and layer it over the coconut with the soup involved. Then add steamed broccoli, spinach, kale etc. add some fried cottage cheese , maybe some onions/ oregano seasonings. Itll taste as good as normal noodles with less calories and healthier. Shredded/grated coconut is also more satiating. Alternative you can also skip noodles and drape honey over it and add dates, apricots, strawberries etc. while keeping everything else same (broccoli surprisingly tastes delicious when used in this dessert)

Whenever youre hungry drink medium roast coffee w french press , dont be sparing with the sugar this is a substitute for a meal so might as well get in some glucose and fructose so you dont become hypoglycaemic from the coffee, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil/ slight cocoa butter (the coffee gets digested slower ) and mix in the coffee. You wont be hungry for another 2-3 hours esp if you chew nicotine gum after. If youre one of those who down black coffee with 0 sugar like Amnesia youll slowly start skipping it and hating it, coffee drink is meant to be sacred, and the coffee will nuke youre appetite anyway so the extra 100 calories from the sugar and coconut oil wont be much of an impact in the long run as people eat when they feel stressed which black coffee definitely makes you feel while coffee prepared this way doesnt.

Have some fruit juice in the fridge just in case you become very high cortisol. Use clonidine/ zolpidem if you cannot sleep hungry. Gelatin is also a great tool because its the only protein source that nukes cortisol due to its glycine proline and hydroxyproline content, while also increasing collagen content in skin which is downregulated slightly when in a caloric deficit. Just be sure to eat the glycine with a bit of honey/ sugar/molasses as protein no matter the source will lower blood sugar by spiking insulin and thus cortisol will increase to compensate for the lowered blood sugar. Eat less at every meal, if you are in doubt whether you are full or not wait 3 minutes before eating another morsel , you will probably feel fuller and can get up. Also build muscle at the same time in the long term itll help keep the fat off and also burn more fat faster.

You wont lose fat as fast as with something like a carnivore diet but this will help you stay chill af ,high IQ, energy and not constipated wihout being high cortisol eating only meat. You dont want to be a full fat burner anyway, liberating too much triglycerides at once and also increasing Beta oxidation beyond a certain limit is very pro aging especially if you have stored PUFA.

NO nigga its not the same literally. ive been eating twice more than normies everytime we went to eat and im not even fat
