Septoplasty

Hello, I just got told by laryngologist I should do septoplasty because my nasal septum is shit, but I don't think this changes the nose aesthetically too much or am I wrong?
Should I just get it for free or pay later to get it done with rhino?
I wanna do bimax anyways and this changes position of the nose so I don't think there is a reason to wait if I can get it done for free rn, what do you guys think?

So I should just get it done for free asap as per functional reasons and rhinoplasty eventually later? This looks like best idea to me as I don't think my nose is that fucking failo and treatment of it should eventually be done later as I get other things done

you can get both done at the same time and only pay surgeon's fee for the rhino depending on where you're from
