Yeah, I know I have a shitty eye area so if ur here to troll don't waste ur time as I've heard it all. I'm planning to do fat grafting to the upper eyid (or orbits) as I seem to lack fat there and implants with saddle for the infras as I don't think I'm missing fat there rather than just bone, or just fat grafting to upper and lower eyelids. I would like to hear ur opinions

I disagree, maybe for the infras I need mass but not for the surpass as my eyebrows are low set enough I just need fat there

no man your hooding is negative, you will make it even worse. It's either lower fat graft + infr, either supras with fat graft + infr. In no case it's upper fat graft

Yeah but there was a thread in here somewhere saying that fat grafts can make negative hooding to normal or even positive, and if I do supras my eyebrows will be even lower to the point where they look orge

no they won't, your hooding is determined by your bone structure, not by amount of fat. You will look bad because one half will barely has any hooding, the other will look droopy

So ur saying supra would be the best choice

Close set eyes:what: i doubt anything would help try periorbital fillers to see the effect

I know this might sound like I'm coping but in the mirror they are not this close and it's the camera

This isn’t always the case, some people have a reasonable amount of infra orbital bone but with no fat there, meaning they have hollow upper eyes.

I have before and after a of someone with this exact issue who fixed it with a fat graft, and no implants. Now he has a lot of hooding over his eyes.

However he still has relatively high set eye brows before and after the surgery. If you’re trying to lower eyebrows then yeah maybe get supras, but in most less severe cases you can get away with just adding more fat to the area.

Yes this is true. Idk why people are tryna dispute the fact that u can change the angle of hooding with fat graft. Your surgeon is able to inject more fat into the inner fat pads to potentially get neutral hooding.

We were talking about positive hooding, which determines solely by bone, not from amount of fat

Best option is Saddled infraorbital + supra. But fat graft - infraorbital+ supra good tho

While I think saddled infras + supras along with a fat graft is the best option, a fat graft by itself can turn negative hooding NEUTRAL, maybe not positive. However neutral hooding is really not that much worse than positive, I don’t think trying to get positive hooding is worth the price of those implants, when u could spend the money on other things more important such as orthognathic surgery.
