The most pressing issue of the forum’s future is the fact that good users are leaving meanwhile the new users coming in are of far lower quality than the users who leave.
Good users leaving the forum is a major issue of .org’s community. Sure we can stop greycels from flooding in, but non-greycels delete and leave all the time, which creates a demand for new high-quality posters to replace them.
New registrations are critical for maintaining a sizable active user base because otherwise the userbase would dwindle, causing the forum to perish. Unfortunately, as you’ve seen recently, the quality of the new registrations has been laughably low as of late. Without enough quality intake to compensate for the ongoing departure of good users, the forum will surely go to shit.
We can’t turn back time. Many good users left and won’t come back ever. The greycels are already here. Many say the forum peaked in 2020, and the only way to change this is to make it peak again, higher. We must assimilate the greycels into our culture and convert them into high-quality, dedicated contributors.
We need to give users incentives to become active, long-term, high-quality-contributing members. We need to disincentive early deletion. If we can increase the longevity and effort of new users, we’ll get more quality content out of less greycel intake.
And what incentivizes males better than pussy?
Females should be allowed to join.
They should be limited to post only in a set of new private subforums that are restricted to male users by post count and join date. Female users are restricted from these subforums by join date in the reverse order. Here’s an example to explain:
The oldest-joined male users get access to the freshest pussy—the cream of the crop. Male users who joined later or who’ve posted less get women who’ve been ran through. New male users have incentives to stay and contribute so that one day they too will be one of the veterans who get the freshest pussy.
This system builds a strong community, by incentivizing users to contribute and stay long-term, by rewarding long-term forum participation with increasing pussy quality.
