This thread is intended to be a companion piece to the @Kingkellz thread on sex appeal maxxing, which is in my opinion one of the most practical and helpful threads on the forum.
I'm not going to go over again the points he covered, instead I'm going to supplement some more areas which I think will pair with his guide nicely.
The one note I will say on the previous guide is I don't recommend Dr. Elist's penile expansion implant due to some experiences like this one.
Long story short it fucked his dick up royally, he still isn't back to his old erect size, and he didn't even receive a refund.
As it stands now 1.5 years after surgery, my flaccid length and girth are same as before, my erect girth is about .25” bigger and my erect length is between 1-1.5” shorter.
If you want a bigger dick, my advice is to do research on PE techniques and to try those.
With that taken care of, let's jump in.
This thread is titled the way it is because these areas are huge "bang for your buck" areas in terms of dramatically increasing your sex appeal, compared to say facial surgeries.

Frame
Threads by @Moggy and @PrettyBoyMaxxing should have already shown you how powerful frame is. Now we're going to look at ways to increase it.
Clavicle Lengthening
The point of this guide is to focus on practical, non-surgical methods for the most part, however this will be one of two exceptions, the other being hair transplants. If you're lacking in the biacromial area, some surgeons can perform clavicular osteotomies to lengthen it. Dr. Eppley is one of these surgeons. However, he considers it an extreme option due to these reasons:

1) Only one shoulder is done at a time with a 3 to 6 month spacing between the two sides.

2) Recovery would be considered similar to that of a fractured clavicle.

3) It requires plate and screw fixation with an interpositional allogeneic bone graft.

4) There will be a resultant scar over the clavicular osteotomy site.

5) Clavicular gap widening would be 2 to 2.5 cms maximum.


2.5 cms for each gap is about an inch on each side, making for nearly a 2 inch increase total. Different sites report different average biacromials, some studies concluded the modern American average for men is 16 inches, which seems reasonable. Two inches therefore is a massive increase.
For reference, this would take your biacromial from average to 99th percentile. I believe the surgery was quoted at 20k, but prices may have changed since then.
Now who actually is going to get a clavicle lengthening done, I'm not sure. Its by far the least practical thing suggested in this guide.
Lifting
This is a more practical way to increase your bideltoid that anyone can do. It has the nice bonus of improving your body as well.
This thread discusses the question of how much of an increase to bideltoid you can expect through gymcelling.

Getting Lean
I don't need to tell you how important this is. Even if you're the type who thinks you can ascend to Chad through hardmaxxing, you're never going to be able to look good unless you're lean. I'm currently in the process of becoming lean myself, and I wanted to illustrate a few methods for you all.
The Conservative Method
This is the more straightforward method of calorie restriction to achieve steady, controlled weight loss. Applying this is simple, you figure out your TDEE and reduce portion sizes. Tried and true, most who attempt this fail at it but that's usually due to willpower. If you do use this method, try to weigh yourself at least weekly to gauge how much you're losing and if you should increase or decrease your calorie consumption.
Now for more extreme options.
Fasting
There are two big names in fasting that I've come across so far - Cole Robinson, and Jason Fung. I'll be making reference mostly to Cole's ideas here, as he's basically an extreme weight loss coach.
Here's his channel. The basic idea of the Snake Diet is
1. Fast long and hard until you are lean.
2. When you get lean, live a fasting-focused lifestyle and stay lean while not fasting as long or intensely.
Cole advises you to create an electrolyte solution called snake juice, which can allow you to fast safely for extended periods of time. Listen to your body - if something doesn't feel right, gently break the fast and try again.
You will lose a ton of water weight initially fastng (great way to de-bloat) and each day you can expect to lose about .76-1 lb of fat, IIRC. You can build momentum and shed weight very quickly.
Fasting with Exercise
For even faster results, you could combine fasting with forms of exercise in order to speed up the process. Low intensity, steady-state cardio is great for this. Something like an exercise bike you can ride for a while is perfect. Even something as simple as taking a long walk every day can dramatically speed up results.
ECA Stack
For even more weightloss assistance, here's an excellent guide on the ECA Stack, by @Blackout.xl
I'm not sure if you should combine this with extended fasting or not. Please do your own research before you decide to do that, if you are thinking about it.

Hair
Hair is insanely important and is one of those areas where, just like getting lean, fixing it alone can give you a profound boost in your actual attractiveness. Here I'm going to share with you a set of solutions to improve hair, including what I am planning on doing for myself. I'm going to try to stay away from what has been repeated on the forum tons of times, and instead to offer my own unique perspective.
Finasteride
Finasteride is a controversial topic here although many users take it. I'm not here to persuade, but instead to share some tips that could ease your mind about the process.
This study examined finasteride use over ten years and found that
-91.5% of men improved.
-99.1% of men prevented progression of balding.
The chances of side effects are already rather low, but to stave them off, one lesser known tip is to supplement I-3-C. This supplement acts as I believe an estrogen antagonist, and many are of the notion it can help reduce finasteride sides by balancing estrogen levels.
If you do end up with ED related sides, some users of fin solve this with use of cialis (which is also benefical to hair via increasing blood flow).
Hair Transplants
For most of you who are actually in the process of balding, you're somewhere in the NW2-3 zone. I believe this can be most practically fixed with a combination of finasteride and hair transplants, without ever having to go through more intense chemical or hormonal routes trying to get back your temples or waiting on treatments to release.
Here's one of the best transplant results I've seen, for density:


Hair System
If you're too far gone in the balding process for a transplant to restore your hair, or if you want to roid or don't like the idea of finasteride, a hair system might be the solution for you.
Here's a guide on hair systems.
The point of this section is that hair loss is a solved problem, cosmetically speaking. Even if you have to resort to hair systems, there is a way for you to have good hair. This alone grants you a big halo and a significant advantage over someone else.

NT Maxxing
I'm not about to try and write a guide on how to do this, this section will instead be composed of a few thoughts I had on the subject of NT maxxing, some of which were naturally generated from my last thread.
You might see yourself as "different" but chances are you are just like anyone else, you're a human being and your "social brain" works pretty much the same way. This is a good thing, because you can use it to your advantage. The more time you spend rotting here, or in any online space that you start to consider a "community" the more you will subconsciously adjust to being NT relative to that community. This is how your underlying strategization proceses work to get the tribe to accept you. Of course, this makes your actual life worse, because you are maladjusted to the actual community around you in real life.
To fix this problem, stop meeting your sociliazation needs on here and instead start meeting them in real life as best as you possibly can. If you have to meet them online, try to do so through NT social media or arranging hangouts with physical people you actual know. Try to come here only for information, like reading a newspaper.
We're all blackpilled and we know looks determine how people treat you. So while you're working on NT maxxing, work also on your looks and both should complement each other. The value you build through your looks will help your NT maxxing go more smoothly and the value you build internally in NT maxxing will help you get your life together, ultimately helping you further improve your looks.

Cope tbh. Being fat with a huge messy beard and bald head makes you masculine and have high sex appeal. Women will look at you like dam that guy does not give a fuck hes a true alpha male.

I think it's very importance to socialize as much as possible but still under your countries quarantine restrictions.
This could even just be a video call, gaming or the like if restrictions are very though.

After the quarantine we need to be even more social than before to readjust - this doesn't equal meeting everyone and being unsafe

But irl contact with both genders is extremely important for overall well being and normal functioning.

Even just small talk with strangers at the bus stop helps

This could even just be a video call, gaming or the like if restrictions are very though.

After the quarantine we need to be even more social than before to readjust - this doesn't equal meeting everyone and being unsafe

The period directly after quarantine ends will be a great time to socialmaxx and NTmaxx, because people will be excited to be able to do those things again. The bar to entry will be low. Meanwhile, quarantine itself is a great time to fast.

Now this may sound bluepilled but I think these are minor fixes that can also boost your sex appeal.

- Wearing fitted clothing that show off your physique and wearing colors that compliment your skin tone

- "Masculine accessories" like watches, leather jackets, and boots

- Pheromone maxxing is pretty much cope(I should have explained why in my thread but whatevs) but I guess smelling good can never hurt you.

- training forearms is legit too. Hairy muscular forearms with veins with a rolled up sleeve + watch

-glutemaxxing is also legit as @Tellem--t mentioned in another thread

All these are great points. I considered making sections on fashion and scents as well but I don't have knowledge on those areas beyond knowing they're important.

Did he mention neck training I didn’t read tbh, neck training while maintaining lean face and getting muscle mass can ascend a lot of people. And glutemaxxing 100% redpilled. My cousin told me when I was walking out of my car out to the store (while he was in the car) he caught a foid dropping her jaw when she seen my glutes. Well tbh mine were very huge, it’s one of kind but that’s not the point women love ass more than guys at times. Also a jacked upper back makes girls wet too, I caught so many girls in the gym mirror mirin my upper back. I don’t know the science behind upper back but it’s hella masculine and a dimorphic trait. It actually aids in neck training too and vice versa too. It’s also gives a swagger too your walk and makes your look more yolk and masculine. Neck,glutes and upper back/lats are the most important muscles when it comes to attracting women imo.

But tbh I’m ogremaxxing....yes I know my face will look worse since bloat and will look ugly but I can get away with ogremaxxing since I’m 6ft3 and have a top tier bideltoid. I was actually ogremaxxed before and I got more respect/iois from women and they were more nervous around me. And also higher bf enhances the upper back,glutes and neck. This doesn’t work for sub 6ft2 and average bideltoid niggas. And it’s mostly for niche females that have ogre fetish which is surprisingly a good amount of females. But it’s a fact women love big guys, just be large theory is the most legit theory. And I know what you are going to say you can get big while being lean, but it’s hard to do and I can get away with since I have the requirments. Plus I’m natty. But you can do a bulk and cutting intervals, but you have to live with being ugly and bloated for a couple months before your cut, but that’s part of the process don’t be like @Zyros lol

Very legit thread @LordNorwood

People on .me overestimate what they need to do in order to slay on Tinder. For most average men of above average high (P/S/L 4-4.5) maintaining a norwood 1, getting a lean roided physique, having good collagen, and being NT is enough.

Nice thread. That hair transplant is lifefuel tbh.

A good way to lose weight without going into TDEE and counting calories is just to eat the same thing everyday (except for dinner or shared meals) and if you are gaining weight over time, lower the portions until you are losing weight. You can change around the vegetables and shit but having the same meals simplifies things a lot and saves time.

This thread is intended to be a companion piece to the @Kingkellz thread on sex appeal maxxing, which is in my opinion one of the most practical and helpful threads on the forum.
I'm not going to go over again the points he covered, instead I'm going to supplement some more areas which I think will pair with his guide nicely.
The one note I will say on the previous guide is I don't recommend Dr. Elist's penile expansion implant due to some experiences like this one.
Long story short it fucked his dick up royally, he still isn't back to his old erect size, and he didn't even receive a refund.
As it stands now 1.5 years after surgery, my flaccid length and girth are same as before, my erect girth is about .25” bigger and my erect length is between 1-1.5” shorter.
If you want a bigger dick, my advice is to do research on PE techniques and to try those.
With that taken care of, let's jump in.
This thread is titled the way it is because these areas are huge "bang for your buck" areas in terms of dramatically increasing your sex appeal, compared to say facial surgeries.

Frame
Threads by @Moggy and @PrettyBoyMaxxing should have already shown you how powerful frame is. Now we're going to look at ways to increase it.
Clavicle Lengthening
The point of this guide is to focus on practical, non-surgical methods for the most part, however this will be one of two exceptions, the other being hair transplants. If you're lacking in the biacromial area, some surgeons can perform clavicular osteotomies to lengthen it. Dr. Eppley is one of these surgeons. However, he considers it an extreme option due to these reasons:

1) Only one shoulder is done at a time with a 3 to 6 month spacing between the two sides.

2) Recovery would be considered similar to that of a fractured clavicle.

3) It requires plate and screw fixation with an interpositional allogeneic bone graft.

4) There will be a resultant scar over the clavicular osteotomy site.

5) Clavicular gap widening would be 2 to 2.5 cms maximum.


2.5 cms for each gap is about an inch on each side, making for nearly a 2 inch increase total. Different sites report different average biacromials, some studies concluded the modern American average for men is 16 inches, which seems reasonable. Two inches therefore is a massive increase.
For reference, this would take your biacromial from average to 99th percentile. I believe the surgery was quoted at 20k, but prices may have changed since then.
Now who actually is going to get a clavicle lengthening done, I'm not sure. Its by far the least practical thing suggested in this guide.
Lifting
This is a more practical way to increase your bideltoid that anyone can do. It has the nice bonus of improving your body as well.
This thread discusses the question of how much of an increase to bideltoid you can expect through gymcelling.

Getting Lean
I don't need to tell you how important this is. Even if you're the type who thinks you can ascend to Chad through hardmaxxing, you're never going to be able to look good unless you're lean. I'm currently in the process of becoming lean myself, and I wanted to illustrate a few methods for you all.
The Conservative Method
This is the more straightforward method of calorie restriction to achieve steady, controlled weight loss. Applying this is simple, you figure out your TDEE and reduce portion sizes. Tried and true, most who attempt this fail at it but that's usually due to willpower. If you do use this method, try to weigh yourself at least weekly to gauge how much you're losing and if you should increase or decrease your calorie consumption.
Now for more extreme options.
Fasting
There are two big names in fasting that I've come across so far - Cole Robinson, and Jason Fung. I'll be making reference mostly to Cole's ideas here, as he's basically an extreme weight loss coach.
Here's his channel. The basic idea of the Snake Diet is
1. Fast long and hard until you are lean.
2. When you get lean, live a fasting-focused lifestyle and stay lean while not fasting as long or intensely.
Cole advises you to create an electrolyte solution called snake juice, which can allow you to fast safely for extended periods of time. Listen to your body - if something doesn't feel right, gently break the fast and try again.
You will lose a ton of water weight initially fastng (great way to de-bloat) and each day you can expect to lose about .76-1 lb of fat, IIRC. You can build momentum and shed weight very quickly.
Fasting with Exercise
For even faster results, you could combine fasting with forms of exercise in order to speed up the process. Low intensity, steady-state cardio is great for this. Something like an exercise bike you can ride for a while is perfect. Even something as simple as taking a long walk every day can dramatically speed up results.

I'm not sure if you should combine this with extended fasting or not. Please do your own research before you decide to do that, if you are thinking about it.

Hair
Hair is insanely important and is one of those areas where, just like getting lean, fixing it alone can give you a profound boost in your actual attractiveness. Here I'm going to share with you a set of solutions to improve hair, including what I am planning on doing for myself. I'm going to try to stay away from what has been repeated on the forum tons of times, and instead to offer my own unique perspective.
Finasteride
Finasteride is a controversial topic here although many users take it. I'm not here to persuade, but instead to share some tips that could ease your mind about the process.
This study examined finasteride use over ten years and found that
-91.5% of men improved.
-99.1% of men prevented progression of balding.
The chances of side effects are already rather low, but to stave them off, one lesser known tip is to supplement I-3-C. This supplement acts as I believe an estrogen antagonist, and many are of the notion it can help reduce finasteride sides by balancing estrogen levels.
If you do end up with ED related sides, some users of fin solve this with use of cialis (which is also benefical to hair via increasing blood flow).
Hair Transplants
For most of you who are actually in the process of balding, you're somewhere in the NW2-3 zone. I believe this can be most practically fixed with a combination of finasteride and hair transplants, without ever having to go through more intense chemical or hormonal routes trying to get back your temples or waiting on treatments to release.

Hair System
If you're too far gone in the balding process for a transplant to restore your hair, or if you want to roid or don't like the idea of finasteride, a hair system might be the solution for you.

The point of this section is that hair loss is a solved problem, cosmetically speaking. Even if you have to resort to hair systems, there is a way for you to have good hair. This alone grants you a big halo and a significant advantage over someone else.

NT Maxxing
I'm not about to try and write a guide on how to do this, this section will instead be composed of a few thoughts I had on the subject of NT maxxing, some of which were naturally generated from my last thread.
You might see yourself as "different" but chances are you are just like anyone else, you're a human being and your "social brain" works pretty much the same way. This is a good thing, because you can use it to your advantage. The more time you spend rotting here, or in any online space that you start to consider a "community" the more you will subconsciously adjust to being NT relative to that community. This is how your underlying strategization proceses work to get the tribe to accept you. Of course, this makes your actual life worse, because you are maladjusted to the actual community around you in real life.
To fix this problem, stop meeting your sociliazation needs on here and instead start meeting them in real life as best as you possibly can. If you have to meet them online, try to do so through NT social media or arranging hangouts with physical people you actual know. Try to come here only for information, like reading a newspaper.
We're all blackpilled and we know looks determine how people treat you. So while you're working on NT maxxing, work also on your looks and both should complement each other. The value you build through your looks will help your NT maxxing go more smoothly and the value you build internally in NT maxxing will help you get your life together, ultimately helping you further improve your looks.

You're a good writer and good points throughout.

I think it's very importance to socialize as much as possible but still under your countries quarantine restrictions.
This could even just be a video call, gaming or the like if restrictions are very though.

After the quarantine we need to be even more social than before to readjust - this doesn't equal meeting everyone and being unsafe

But irl contact with both genders is extremely important for overall well being and normal functioning.

Even just small talk with strangers at the bus stop helps
