ingredients:

paprikas
zuchini
spring onion
tomato
basil
parsley
feta
quail eggs
paprika powder
garlic
kurkuma
salt/pepper

step by step
  1. chuck chopped paprika in a frying pan
  2. add zuchini sliced in thin strips
  3. add spices
  4. when the paprika and zuchini start becoming soft add the spring onions
  5. add tomato blocks, used canned if you want to save time
  6. let it simmer for at least half an hour so some of the moisture from the tomato evaporates, otherwise it's too soupy.
  7. once it's thick enough add eggs, you can use chicken if you want, I used quail eggs because I prefer the yellow over the white and they have more of it.
  8. add feta and chuck parsley on top.
  9. let it simmer until the eggs start to boil
  10. serve with couscous, or a baguette in my case.

how many calories?
no idea but besides the baguette I ate it on most of the ingredients are low in them.

even feta has relatively good macros because it's low in fat which is where cheese gets most of it's calories from.

Isnt it supposed to have more tomato / paprika? Whenever I ate it at restaurants the base was completely red

I think the version where you‘ll also add minced meat mogs the most.

it looks the way it does because I didn't peel the zuchini and used spring onions as opposed to regular onions, which are green.

and a mix of different colored paprikas, honestly prefer it this way, have made both, looks better too, most pictures of it on the internet honestly don't look that appetizing.

doesn't matter, it's to taste, if you like one thing more than the other use more of it, it'll be good either way.

Tried it today, it tasted pretty good. I’ll be having it again in the future.

Isn’t fat healthy? Especially animal fat?

yeah but fat is high in calories so feta is one of the few cheeses you can eat while cutting.

it has more protein and less calories than most other cheeses.

When I cut I go low carb and 50/50 protein and fat helps make me more full

What do you think of Frederic Delavier‘s Book for Stretching (im a beginner)? Is it worth it or do you have a better recommendation?
