Some time ago our beloved user Ehren posted a thread on the subject of eye lightening by "bonesmashing your iris". Now I see this Russian MMA fighter and think: why is his injured eye blue? It wasn't blue before he got injured. Is this proof of Ehren's theory? let me know if I miss something

But what if you put stress on the iris gradually and in a regulated environment? basically the same principle as bonesmashing only for pigment in the iris? it seems like it does work
