Shedding alot of hair in summer

Iv grown my hair out long from being short so im noticing my hair fallouts more often, around when it switched to summer like a month ago everytime I shower I notice a decent amount of hair in my hand. Is this normal because my hair looks pretty healthy and strong.

Iv taken boron and tongat recently, would that have an effect of hair I doubt it.

relatively normal with longer hair, i wouldnt worry. natural hair loss but because of how thick ur hair is it is it stays inside until you run your hand through it or wash, shouldn't be more than a few strands though.

Its just that during shower wverytime i run my hand theres a few strands. My ex had long luscious hair and there was so much shed on the floor so maybe its just that idk, I have like nowood 1 but had that for my 4 years doesnt look any worse
