Shit flat thin hair

I got long wavy hair but it all just lies flat on my head. How tf do people have puffy and thick hair man im so jealous. Anyone who knows what vitamins or supplements that help to get thicker hair?

yea but everytime i go in the wind i gotta put on a cap and that just fucks up m hair

hair clay and curl unlocking pretty much solved that for me, just sculpt your hair with your hands after going in the wind and it'll look good again

any recommended brands? I want it to look as matte/non shiny as possible but at the same time I dont want it to feel to sticky.

i use a local brand, just take anything that's gray and moldy enough
