Realistically, any more than 1 inch of height frauding with shoe-lifts is noticeable and it will backfire.

If you want a big height fraud I think you’ll need elevators. Some look decent. That can get you probably 2-3 extra inches. You would have to wear pants year round though and what happens if you have to take your shoes off
