Is my nose short for my face, causing the philtrum to be elongated (18mm), or is it just a long philtrum by itself?

Also, do I need bimax or trimax?

idk man how about measuring. My philtrum is 18mm long but my midface is still 1:1 because of 48mm nose. Its not ideal, but its just the way it is and its not too bad either. Lip lift looks gay tho, I would think twice if I do it.

Looks like short nose + downgrown + thin upper lip. None of them are necessarily extreme in of themselves, but cumulatively they give you a long philtrum.

Also, do I need bimax or trimax?

Just bimax, I think.

My philtrum is worse, 19mm maybe a bit more even. It's mostly unfixable, lip lifts have too high a risk of getting botched. Grow a mustache of some kind

The short nose makes the philtrum look long. With a proportional nose, the philtrum would look fine.
