Can’t sleep?

Supplements i’ve used that work well :
- Magnesium glycinate on empty stomach
- Sleep Tea

Life style:
- do things that will make you tired during the day not LDARing like exercise
- don’t go on your phone before bed, instead read fiction books
- go for a walk then
- shower before bed
- mediate
- deep breathing ( GOATED has helped me 100% of the time )
- getting enough sun light
- Keep an eye out for any supplements that might mess with your sleep
- no caffeine
- no porn/wanking ( i sometimes get more energy after doing it so idk )
- if your mind starts racing before sleep then write your thoughts down

NOTE :
Melatonin didn’t do shit for me

porn gives dopamine and dopamine is a stimulant so its gonna mess up your sleep. meanwhile actual sex with an MTB+, you will keep going at it for hours and get tired which is yet another benefit on sex that you miss out on as a sub psl 6 male
