This is what I take daily:
Vitamin D3: 11,000 IU
Zinc: 15 mg
Boron: 3 mg
Calcium: 1,000 mg
Vitamin K2: 150 µg
Astaxanthin: 3 mg
Magnesium glycinate: 400 mg
Omega 3-6-9
Creatine: 10 g
Pre-workout before training
Should i add any supplements?
