I'm currently around 14%-15% id say.
I have been 12% bf before and my face does look better there but I am very skinny at that fat % with not much muscle
At 6ft, lightest I've been is 58kg, heaviest is 76kg, I'm currently around 68kg. Should I get to 76kg again with muscle and then cut and continue to train so that next time I'm at 10-12%, I have more muscle?
Or should I just cut to 10% now?
And how long would it take to bulk and cut to those levels
