Should I bulk before leaning to 10-12% bf?

I'm currently around 14%-15% id say.
I have been 12% bf before and my face does look better there but I am very skinny at that fat % with not much muscle

At 6ft, lightest I've been is 58kg, heaviest is 76kg, I'm currently around 68kg. Should I get to 76kg again with muscle and then cut and continue to train so that next time I'm at 10-12%, I have more muscle?
Or should I just cut to 10% now?

And how long would it take to bulk and cut to those levels

I'm 24. I don't mean getting fat, I just mean getting muscular (which would gain some fat) and then getting super lean and keeping most muscle

Vs being lean now with less muscle.

I just mean so I have a bit more muscle when I'm at 10-12%
if you're fine with descending for a few months then go ahead buddy
but just know you will not look as good as you were lean

At 6ft you need to be at least 90 kg to not look like a twink. Clean bulk and then cut.

Depends upon your frame but 90 is not exesive for a 183 cm well built guy, which you should aim for.

Bodyfat is cope unless you're clinically obese. You either have the bones or you don't.

cut down to 10% but do it smart

do weight training with progressive overload so you'll pack on muscle mass slowly while also doing cardio and calorie deficit to lose fat

You either start bulking a month later or cut for an extra month after finishing bulk so it doesnt rly matter

People store fat differently, just because you have an anecdote or 2 doesn't mean that leaning out is a cope, majority of people don't have good facial fat storage and need to lose the weight to look good.

Leanmaxxing is consistently the only softmax to actually work and you're shooting it down and calling it cope cuz muh this guy is 20% and has hollow cheeks :forcedsmile:

They're all definitely 25%+ (obese) in the before. Do you have any proof that these celebrities were just a measly 20% bodyfat in those pictures?

Also the middle picture isn't even a fair comparison, one is lens distorted and the other is professionally taken. :lul:

Yes bhai you shouldn’t start losing any weight until you’re 300 pounds and 50% body fat.

Tbh no offense but u weigh nothing so ur not holding allot of muscle. Bulk but dont go above 16% or so (keeping in mind most people understimate their bf percent). I weigh 95kg just on trt now at 5ft 11. I weighed 66kg when I was 16 before anything.

Just bulk now (but don t get excessively fat) and then cut down.

just dm me a pic. IDGAf I wont leak it on here my hands are about 5 inches wide and when I put them on my shoulder they cover each clavicle two times with a bit extra . So thats prob 23 plus whatever room my neck and head makes up.

Ah yeah im larger built thn u I have 8 inch circumfrences but that has upsides and downsides. 6.5 means ur muscles pop more.

I just remember my friend saying my fave looked way leaner and zygos looked better. And I was what people would consider skinny even before that
