BSSO + Gonial angle implants + genioplasty

Unless you are 18 and have money there’s no reason to stress yourself with this type of stuff. You should accept who you are for now and just keep being happy and healthy, there’s nothing you can do about it

Don't stress, too many surgeries.

You can add rhinoplasty to the list. In order to remove the dorsal hump and improve tip projection.
Not sure if genio would allow enough projection and perceived mass on its own. Maybe a chin implant would be necessary.

@chocolatemelk a couple of morphs to give you a rough idea where all these surgeries might take you :

Why ? His age ? If so, he can plan many years ahead of the procedures, gathering info, consulting surgeons, and be ready (or not) when the right time comes.

He looks like a typical teen who's been breathing through the mouth ; nothing extreme to the point of being unfixable. Isn't jaw surgery designed for this type of condition ? Am I missing something ?

Start saving up for trimax + rhinoplasty while you're young. Jaw implants ain't saving that

You need Trimax + ramus widening instead

Proceed in the right order :

1) seek orthodontic treatment that may result in both functional and esthetic improvements, such as a palate expander, face mask, and braces. You can take action right now, age won't be an issue.

2) through your orthodontist (or not), arrange a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon specialized in orthognathics, to discuss what would be the most suited surgical treatment (most likely a bimax + genio). Depending on your country/location and financial means, you might want to explore options beyond your local area ; then, online consultations can be a cheap & easy first step in that direction.

3) when, as a late teen / young adult, you are done with orthodontics and orthognathics, re-assess your situation. At this point, you may not feel the need for implants. Buf if you do, do what's necessary (e.g. jaw angles, chin).

4) when you're done fixing the maxilla, find a good nose surgeon for your rhinoplasty. Removing the dorsal hump is easy. Building up the tip with a graft requires a bit more skill and esthetic insight.

These are basically the steps that will take you to an outcome similar to my morphs. It requires commitment and patience, but you will reap the benefits of this effort for your whole adult life.

Do not go for implants without fixing first the underlying structural issues. Implants should be a last recourse, when moving your bones isn't enough to achieve the desired result, and after functional issues (breathing, chewing) have been addressed.

Can you please help me in my DM too I have a lot of things even a ct scan and Pagnoni confirmed I have a recessed chin and a jaw assymetry plus I have the money and I wanna go to Ramieri though can you please help me and tell me what I need I beg for your help

Can you DM me it doesn't work for me to DM you somehow

I also have pictures and everything
And could you please also morph me

@Bullofturkishfoids I have DM'd you.

Anyway, please keep in mind that my understanding of orthognathics is extremely superficial and limited. I don't need such surgeries for myself, so my "research" on the topic is tangential at best. I'm really not sure I can be of any help to you.
If you want real insights from trusted members, you'll be much better off contacting/tagging lurking truecel and DonaldJTrump, for example. Although they might tell you to fuck off :feelskek:
