Unless you are 18 and have money there’s no reason to stress yourself with this type of stuff. You should accept who you are for now and just keep being happy and healthy, there’s nothing you can do about it

BSSO + Gonial angle implants + genioplasty

You can add rhinoplasty to the list. In order to remove the dorsal hump and improve tip projection.
Not sure if genio would allow enough projection and perceived mass on its own. Maybe a chin implant would be necessary.

Why ? His age ? If so, he can plan many years ahead of the procedures, gathering info, consulting surgeons, and be ready (or not) when the right time comes.

He looks like a typical teen who's been breathing through the mouth ; nothing extreme to the point of being unfixable. Isn't jaw surgery designed for this type of condition ? Am I missing something ?
