should i drop to 15% bf??

IM AT 19,8% RIGHT NOW. not gonna post picture sorry but can anyone tell me if dropping to 15% makes a big difference facially, im kind of recessed so im doing this as a way to cope. 19,8 right now, should i drop down to 15 or lower? at what percentage is best???

12% is ideal but in some people 15% looks good too.
