I've heard that one eggshell contains 1,000–2,000 mg of calcium. If you boil the eggshell, grind it into a powder, and add some lemon juice, it's ready to consume. Should I do it?

Is there any Health risks , or everything got a price
no health risks if you sanitize the eggshells, i mean blend them well though, dont cut your insides.

I used to do this when I was super-obsessed with the Gym and Nutrition.

It should work, it has higher Bioavailability from Calcium Supplement's. Just make sure to put it in the Oven or Boil it, your choice.
