Hey, so basically I am M14 and I’m trying to increase my testosterone and bone mass, I’m more on the skinny side but my face doesn’t really lack bone density, I just have to debloat and fix my small asymmetries. So today I was talking to my mom about looksmaxxing and she told me that I should eat everything she gives me (she has a phd in biology and is one of those all organic moms, and she almost never buys foods with processed sugars and follows a whole food diet, which I’m also following wither her) I do try to lower my estrogen levels and not eat gluten and soy, but she still buys those foods and expects me to eat them. I know it’s pretty dumb to ask but should I still eat them? I mean I try to skip oats and drop my estrogen for debloating but I don’t want to disrespect my mom since she has a PhD in biology, also, I’ve heard that I should not drop my estrogen while in teenage years so I can develop fully, is it true?

Just simply eat meat diary and fruit, if you want you can eat some veggies to no problem. Aslong as you aren't eating to much goyslop like candy and shit you're good.

Your mum probably will give you better advice than anyone on this forum icl
You won't actually turn into a female eating soy or oats occasionally

I would try and avoid excessive soy but it sounds like your mum knows what she’s talking about. Pretty standard, but eat lean meats, a solid amount of carbs and veggies, and minimise any excessive sodium intake (if you don’t want to take diuretics) with a solid caloric surplus
