try to limit your sodium consumption to 500mg

and eat 1:4 sodium to potassium

you will know the answer of your question if it makes your sodium consumption more than 500mg then don't salt it

yea salt them but lightly. i mean you dont wanna have a saltless/low salt diet which is deficient of this nutrient which makes up like 5% of ur body i think. but at the same time dont eat salted as fuck steak and eggs and burgers ik its delicious but you gotta use self control. but non salted eggs cmon bro tf is that. thats gonna taste like shit.
