Should I get fillers before I surgerymax or is that cope?

Was thinking of getting undereye and jawline fillers prior to cheekbone osteotomy and jaw angle implants but honestly feel like it'd be cope since they'd just go away in a year and I'd be better off saving money for the permanent procedures. What do you think?
