im 17 182 cm and 62 kg and im thinking about cutting down to around 10% body fat to see how my face would look and also be leaner for summer. my plan is to go to the gym 4 times a week and probably just eat less, the problem is ive never tracked calories because i eat what my mom cooks and she doesnt measure ingredients and i dont weigh my portions either.
the main reason i want to do this is because i have a lot of face fat and i think its taking away my potential
do you think its worth it in my situation or should i just keep eating normal (i went from 60 to 62 since the new year but i think my body fat remained almost the same)
also could you estimate my current body fat
