Should I get some sort of skin tightening treatment around the ramus area?

i have this same problem
under the jaw near the front it's lean and prominent
but that ramus corner just has like a pouch of fat/skin covering it unless i jut and look up

angling my head sideways or pulling it back to stretch it a bit reveals it

I notice women actually have way better jaw structure than men for some reason, even though it’s somehow considered a “masculine feature” women have more compact and square features than men who have more oblong faces jfl.

Your side kinda resembles some bimax before cases in a way but I'm not an expert some one on here could give you better explanation

Bimax is super dangerous. What if I just got lefort 1 and a chin implant instead? Plus some cheekbones fillers every year.
