Do I even need some elaborate jaw surgery from Dr. Eppley or can this jaw surgery that produces results like this suffice?

For me atleast? I need jaw augmentation. I also have a narrow face so maybe jaw surgery can help that.

im sorry, ive been thinking so much lately about how to save long faces and its just so hardly doable. consider it being over even after surgery and keep your expectations low
