Should I have protein after gym or before gym, and are eggs good for this?

carb load before the gym to maximize performance, protein you eat spread out over the entire day like the guy above said

eggs are good throughout the day, have something like beef after workouts or any animal based protein dense food. canned tuna, chicken, ideally beef, are all optimal
