Try going on a non-processed sugar diet, take 2 tablets if that doesn't work, avoid caffeine couple hours before sleeping, and don't eat an hour before.

No it'll actually make your circadian rhythm worse, I have 30mg tablets
i take sometimes and conk out instantly but my sleep the days after are absolute shit. Your body makes ~0.5-1mg of melatonin according to your sleep cycle naturally i believe so it wouldn't be wise to suddenly give it even more. Just have a cold dark room and a weighted blanket if you can get your hands on one.
