Should I lose weight?

I am 5 11, 145 pounds, and 16 at present time, by normal standards possessed of an athletic build. I wrestle and swim and strength train and many other things besides; I am maybe Htn at my best, but it seems that comes to me seldom now, likely in part because of my weight having hidden my face and my neck having become too big for my body.
Should I diet to get down to some lower weight? I have very little facial definition now but it was not so when I was younger and lighter, maybe 15 and 130, at which point I was solidly Htn.

Post physique nobody can tell you if you need to bulk or cut unless you show a picture
