I’m 17 rn so should I continue in a high protein and calorie surplus diet to maximise my potential during puberty or should I prioritise getting leaner and just focus on eating as little as possible.

No need for an aggressive cut. Just get to 15% bf and stay there. Higher or lower is worse

Do not cut when ur in puberty. U should maintain or gain and when ur 18-19 u could aggressive cut

if you arent a fatfuck then just eat well enough

Not I’m not fat my body is at least 12% but my face looks bloated that’s why I was considering it. But I’ve always ate in a calorie surplus since 14 so that’s why I put on muscle but also fat.
