I am 16 years old and have been going gym for just over a year and a half now and after 3 months I saw some decent gains but ever since then my progress has stopped even though I push myself all the time consistently and have cleaned up my diet, so should I just quit because saying "I go to the gym 5 days a week" and still being skinny and asymmetrical

How much do you weigh, how tall are you? Also, what's your diet like?

I am 55kg (is that to light) and I am around 5'8, however I have been optimising my diet by eating lots of red meat, eggs, fruit and drinking plenty of milk

Either not enough stimulus or overtraining.
Could be genetics as well

Try different splits, you're getting enough protein in and optimizing sleep though?

well ye , your gains stop after 2 years no matter how hard you train and how clean you eat. There's a genetic ceiling you can't beat unless you hop on test.

Dude thats why. Protein is 1 thing, but your body is not gonna look good even with a good routine if your sleep is fucked. Do you take creatine?
