Should I Starvemax at 15 ?

I’m wondering if I should start Starvemaxing or js go on a low calorie diet. I’m currently abt 6”1 and roughly 88kg. I want to be in decent shape for summer so what would anyone recommend.

No, you need to be on a caloric surplus during puberty, as you will miss out on growth otherwise.
 
88kg 6'1 at 15 sounds overweight tho, unless u got crazy muscle / bone mass

If youre not ok with ur height dont even think about cutting, if 6'1 and u want to cut go for it, tho if u dont want to fuck up ur hormones go 1st week deficit 2nd week maintanance. The one week without deficit is enough for ur body to balance all the shit out

I am quite doughy to be honest but not obese or anything
then go on a cut, never starve maxx, will ruin ur whole day + especially if you have workouts, you won't have energy. Just go on a few hundred calorie deficit.

You have NOT iq maxed yet. Starve maxing at that age would cook ur hormones and potencially even contibute to stunting your growth. Just look into eating healthier first and you WILL slowly get leaner and leaner and if ur a gym cell u could prob track calories and try to be in a 500 cal deficit or something

no it’ll stunt your development just for hollow cheeks, just focus on maxxng out your height until your turn like 17, if you want to be in good shape do keto / primal diet and work out at the gym. you’ll lose fat and gain muscle.
