you shouldn't ever starvemaxx in general, just do a controlled calorie deficit so you dont lose muscle. you should always be pubertymaxxing regardless if you're bulking or cutting.

74kg kinda lean but nowhere near jordan lean

yeah as long as you have optimal growth pathways through having high protein and higher carbohydrates you should be fine. you just need to have good macro and micronutrients levels and you can be in a calorie deficit.

Just eat zero carbs it will reduce the whole caloric intake in itself and you'll get lean

organic food is cope and is still prayed with pesticides and would do fuck all for bone development. as long as your deficit isn't too steep and you have SOME body fat you'll be fine. but hollow cheeks are overrated as fuck and you may not even have them if your cheekbones and mandible don't project enough laterally.

I literally have very hollow cheeks but i want jordan kind
