Should I take Aqualyx at high body fat?

I am fairly lean 5,11 160 but a lot of the weight is muscle. I have a tone of face fat though. Could I take fatdissolver at a hight bf leave if I want to cut down in the gutter or would it look weird?

get lean first and next use aqualyx

Even when I was really skinny thoguh like 120 my face looked fat. I think it’s more fat distribution and structure rather than bf

since your face was fat even when you were lean you shoud take it rn. its much easier/safer to diy aqualyx while ur chubby and yes the total fat cells killed is the same as if you were to be lean. (now mark me solution it's the check mark on my right.)

Would their be any consequences if I took it and wasn’t insanely lean?
