Should rhino and genio be done together or separately?

If separately which comes first?

I'm thinking rhino to flatten dorsal hump and bring the tip up a bit to shorten my midface

And them genio for taller, wider and angular chin to give ideal chin to philtrum which will be thrown off by the shorter nose.

You don't want to go through full anesthesia multiple times, it's not good for the brain.

The less times you do it in your life, the better.

Yeh but surely nose first because how will they know how much to advance the chin
Depends on the outcome of rhno and how it changes the midface ratio
