Should you get a Rhinoplasty or Infra orbital Rim implants?

I have an appointment with a doctor for discussing a possible operation. Currently I am meeting him to get a Rhinoplasty because my nose has a dorsal hump and is somewhat bulbous; my nose itself isn't big or small and can look decent on 40% of pics. I am basically just making it straight and less bulbous.

My current dilemma is whether I should get Infra orbital Rims Implants instead since the inner part of my eye lacks undereye support, but I can actually see slight success from various, non-invasive techniques (not gonna name them because I don't wan't to discuss their effectiveness if they are a cope). I have a PCT, hooded (no hunter) eyes, good IPD and wide zygos.


I want to loom as good as possible for college which I am going to attend In about 3 months where I am a gonna be 20.

Does anyone here have experience or a well-founded opinion on this?
