I often read that cutting your calories while being in puberty is one if the dumbest things you could do, because it would cause less bonemass, less growth and less hormones.
I am 17 and go often on diets.
I am now in a caloric deficit with about 15% bodyfat.
Doing keto right now, y‘all don’t know how bad I want to eat carbs
.
Especially some fruits like bananas.
Regardless, I want to get at 9% bodyfat in about 3-4 weeks.
Being ripped is one of the most important things.
Because if you’re ripped, your bonemass is more noticeable.
One of the biggest keys for me is getting this aesthetic cheekbones, lean face, mild skinny muscular build.
Maybe later more musclemass to be aesthetic.
Being ripped is for me almost 60% of looksmaxxing.
