Since saturday, I have been doing 100 wide pushups every morning because of my lagging chest muscle

and I do bent over rows with the barbell and weights I have at home on saturdays and tuesdays only because my biceps take the longest to recover

Today will be 4th day in a row of my daily 100 pushups. Muh you need rest. As long as the muscle isn't sore, I don't care. My dad is 220lbs at 5'10" (very muscular. Not fat. Lean veiny arms and everything) and he forces me to train my chest even after literally training chest the day before so I might as well get used to that

Having a flat chest is so subhuman. I always dreamed to have AN ACTUAL chest like normal men have
 
i'm legit desperate for actually having a chest

What motivates me is thinking about the thick bitch from my school and my dad calling me weak

if you want to target chest diamond pushups and add weight when you are able to (wear a backpack) Do dips as well for chest gains i think those are better than pushups

do pull-ups for your back and biceps (buy cheap doorway pull-up bar)

squats every now and then as well

just bench press. banging out 100 push-ups everyday isn’t progressive overload in any way
unless you add weight or do harder variations

Diamond pushups target triceps more than chest. Wide pushups target chest more than diamond pushups
do pull-ups for your back and biceps (buy cheap doorway pull-up bar)
I already have a doorway pull up bar but I'm too weak to do pull ups so I just do bent over rows

But if I'm dirty bulking during the process, I gain weight so the pushups get harder

I do like 30 pushups in a row then rest then do another 30 and repeat until 100. My goal is to get used to pushups so that I can do 100 in a row without rest. I'm just getting used to pushups so I can be prepared for harder variations

Diamond pushups target triceps more than chest. Wide pushups target chest more than diamond pushups
Wide push-ups have barely any effect on chest, best is to put your hands at shoulder length

nigger if your dirty bulking that’s all the more reason to bench
you won’t build as much mass and strength as you will with push-ups compared to big compound movements like bench press

i’m just telling u cuz i didn’t see my chest grow much when i was doing push-ups at home but when i started hitting gym i saw size gains pretty quick
definitely get in the gym as soon as you develop a baseline level of strength

My dad has been bringing me to the gym and I depend on him to drive me there

But it's complicated cuz my mom and dad live in different houses and obv I live with my mom so he can't bring me consistently

For now I deal with this by working out at home when he can't bring me to the gym

I have been applying for jobs and doing interviews but got rejected by all so far. I remind my uncle for driving lessons but he forgets. I'll have to remind him more
