just saying, research looks pretty promising. On Sirtuin 6.

In mice, SIRT6 depletion leads to premature aging, degenerative diseases, and early death.6 Overexpression of SIRT6, in contrast, reduces insulin-like growth factor 1, promoting improved glucose tolerance and increased lifespan in mice.7

Of the natural substances that may influence SIRT activity, resveratrol is certainly the best studied.
In a yeast model utilizing Saccharomyces cerevisiae, application of resveratrol resulted in a 70% increase in lifespan. Among three polyphenols tested (resveratrol, butein, and fisetin), resveratrol produced the greatest degree of SIRT2 activation.

it exist naturally in some things we can eat. So, it's already "in market' in that sense.
extra, supplements, probably overpirced, already exist being sold.

Better find other ways though, imo. price efficiency spreaking

This is actually a super interesting topic.

There is a type of dwarfism that involves a complete absence of IGF-1 called Laron Syndrome. These people have an extreme resistance to cancer and type 2 diabetes.

I think people see IGF-1 as an anti-aging compound when really it should be seen as a lifestyle enhancing compound. Better sleep and body composition, etc.
