Skin help needed

skin help recommendations if you dont mind?

my skin rarely gets any sort of spots, the issue ive been having for the last year or so is mostly in regards to my t-zone. i get pretty bad sebaceous filaments, and the skin is always red and mildly dry. it makes the skin tone look uneven af.

my current routine is just bakuciole in the am, then at night i use a cleaner (maximise ) or do a double cleanse EOD (along with the anua oil cleanser), then i just use bakuchiole and a tallow

i feel like the tallow may be resulting in my pores getting more clogged… also the anua cleanser seemed to work great at removing the sebum initially but i am pretty sure its resulting in more being produced. my idea is to drop that cleanser and replace the tallow with a moisturizer, then reduce the fillaments with niancinimide??

open to advice/recommendations, thanks

Drop the tallow and random shit you're using and just use cleanser moisturizer spf and accutane

Decent stack, if you're going for topical rets then move on to taz after a while on tret

In my personal experience I was disappointed by results from tretinoin but it's a good starter ret so your skin gets used to effects
