What is my best tract? I look skinny but I have double chin that’s not caused by recession because I used to never have it, it’s something that I’ve developed last couple years as I’ve gotten chubbier.

I was thinking of starvemaxxing and running, and then try and build muscle later. I have literally no muscle mass, so I’m not trying to get like sub 8.

Or I was thinking lean bulking an trying to build muscle.

I just care about having a defined face and looking mean.

im the exact same. if you really care about having a defined face and you want it now, go 9%. if you dont want to be twink, then bulk, then cut. idk, there is not much to it, really simple

body recomp, build muscle and go in slighty lower calorie defeict , u can do cardio but focus more on muscle

also it depends how much do you weigh and ur height?

lean bulking doesn't exist.

Anyways, you are already fat anyways.
Go on a 250 callories deficit daily, while doing gym at least 4x per week, and high prtieine diet.
You should than slowly lose fat, and build muscle mass at the same time.
you need at least 6 months anwyways, to build some muscles

Bone issue my friend
you seem knowledgeable so heres a retarded question would it increase after 17? I have pretty high internal bf% meaning my body stores most fat around my organs (measured at 25.6% prolly explains why im skinny fat) so it would mess with hormones. so if i fix it will i gain good bone projection (im at a mid range not recessed but not entirely developed)
 
what i would do:
  • Cut fat first with a moderate deficit (500 cal), lift weights 4x/week + walk/run
Starvemaxxing will tank your muscle and metabolism—lean bulk later once leaner for a mean, muscular look.

I’m 6’0 155lbs. Which sounds skinny but my body looks horrible and I just look very bloated in general

Ur not bloated ur not skinnyfat. Ur just fat. Time.to go on a.cut. hop on reta to make it effortless

Okay so i recommend doing maintance calorie because your already low body weight so losing more would just make you smaller not fix the problem, Build Muscle + Maintain 155 and clean diet + Do some cardio to fasten results

Your already light so results wont take like a year or something to fix if you jsut stay constient for 3-4 months
 
exactly what I thought they help lean you down and get bone mass
Not really boneless more the time but yeah and they will help ur facial structure but mostly though facial musces

just to be consise you are saying use Reta and drop all body fat.

And then cycle and hit the gym?
 
what does Reta do besides kill your appetite? I have no problem not eating.
It forces your body to used stored body fat as fuel. Without reta your body first has to use up all of your glycogen. Reta bypasses this process and goes directly to your stored body fat as a source of energy
