Just cut untill you are lean and lean bulk after

All others options are just stupid
theres nothing to cut when your skinnyfat you have no muscle to start if you cut as a skinnyfat you will lose the tiny amount of muscle you have and you will be even smaller and still fat

You are bluepilled . Get to 10% bodyfat with calorie deficit + lifting in that time and ensure your protein intake,you will be skinny because lacking of muscle but thats the part of the journey. You can lean bulk after and be 10 KG heavier and since you will add more muscles instead of fat your fat distribution will change

Btw im talking from experience . This is coming from a guy which was 20 YEARS + SKINNYFAT and failed for the bulk meme

Now my hormones are good but back in the days when i used to eat only junk food and didnt take any vitamins my hormones were probably garbage and my fat disrtribution is totally shit. For me,i have to go to 50-55 KG to get rid of that fat then i will do lean bulk
