I already take magnesium, melatonin, myo inositol, glycine and l-theanine. Is there anything else I should take?
 
add cyanide pill to it to sleep forever

ive done 300mg split into 2 doses pre bed and ive gotten up fine

if your that scared of melatonin then you shouldnt care about your sleep

No I mean that whenever I take high dosages of melatonin I'm really groggy in the morning

i dont know who started the whole "groggy in the morning" shit with melatonin

no one ive talked to thats taken 100mg melatonin has said that ever

go build up your dosage throughout 2-3 days, desensitize your mt1 and mt2 receptors

day 1 20mg
day 2 50mg
day 3 75mg
day 4 100mg

going straight to 100mg is the only way i could see someone yap about being groggy, ive never been groggy on 100mg even if i stopped taking it for weeks
