It takes me fucking 2 hours to fall asleep I tried everything no blue light no emfs (pretty sure that's bullshit but anyhow) earplugs, fucking meditation and the only time I sleep well is when I megadose melatonin. What do I do niggas:feelswhy:

how much do you sleep ? 8 hours or sth like 10 hours .maybe you just sleep too much and dont need so much sleep
 
are you active or do you sit all day long ?.if you are not active you dont need as much sleep(y)
I train twice a week cause I'm a lazy bum, but I play basketball and shi everyday in recess

had this problem too a year ago or so, I just waited and it solved itself for me

are you even tired when going to sleep or are you forcing yourself to? if not your body is telling you that you have some left over energy you should use before sleeping, so you'd have to do more stuff (mentally or physically) on a daily basis
